Hot cartoon characters ep. 1

Kovu, lion king 2
Seriously? It doesn't get much hotter than lions with scars...

Make up

I swear I've NEVER done my makeup like this and I'll never do it in public. Me and my cousin got a little carried away with her Christmas present.

Kiwi?

So I figured it was about time I explained the name. I was named after my two grandmother's names combined. (Sorry I can't tell you my name, if I did my mom would make me turn this into a private bog) I've always felt bad because I didn't have any nicknames and that bummed me out. Whenever someone called me by the first part of my name it was my grandma's name so that just didn't work. One day I was talking to my family about my predicament and my little sister came up with the nickname kiwi and it stuck. That's why it's my profile picture. Thanks Sis!

Valentine for Earnest Mann

I love this poem! I was introduced to it in English class last year. I think it is a beautiful way of expressing the creative process.

Valentine for Ernest Mann

You can't order a poem like you order a taco.

Walk up to the counter, say, "I'll take two"
and expect it to be handed back to you
on a shiny plate.

Still, I like your spirit.
Anyone who says, "Here's my address,
write me a poem," deserves something in reply.
So I'll tell you a secret instead:
poems hide. In the bottoms of our shoes,
they are sleeping. They are the shadows
drifting across our ceilings the moment
before we wake up. What we have to do
is live in a way that lets us find them.

Once I knew a man who gave his wife
two skunks for a valentine.
He couldn't understand why she was crying.
"I thought they had such beautiful eyes."
And he was serious. He was a serious man
who lived in a serious way. Nothing was ugly
just because the world said so. He really
liked those skunks. So, he reinvented them
as valentines and they became beautiful.
At least, to him. And the poems that had been hiding
in the eyes of the skunks for centuries
crawled out and curled up at his feet.

Maybe if we reinvent whatever our lives give us
we find poems. Check your garage, the odd sock
in your drawer, the person you almost like, but not quite.
And let me know.

Sketch-a-thon: Number 1

Not one of my better drawings but whatever I did it in like 20 minuets.

Sketch-a-thon: #2

I did this during church. ;) I like it much better than the other one.

Intro:

I have no idea what to tell you. My life us such a weird compilation of a bunch of random crap that you'll probably see that in posts to come. I'll most likely be posting a lot of pictures, but they're from my iPod, so sorry for the low quality. But hey, beggars can't be choosers. Oh yeah and thanks for coming and checking me out and learning things about be that you never wanted to know in the first place.

Pictures: aww...
...those are cute pictures. Probably one of every thirty pictures of me I take turn out good cute.
